Role: Audio Recordist

Michelin recently tasked three of their top chefs to create a new dish based around the humble egg, before filming the end result for their latest media offering.

Film and content producers One Giant were tasked with filming the process as well as interviewing the chefs at their restaurants (The Ritz, A.Wong and Story).

I was brought on as audio recordist for a shoot that was very creative but at times, challenging – you can watch the finished result above or here.
