Role: Project Manager
Vintage TV commissioned a new website to be developed and as the digital manager for the company I put together initial plans for the redesign and structure of the build as well as sourcing a digital agency to work on the project.
As the project manager, it was my role to negotiate logistics such as budgets and timescales, but also the technology to be implemented within the site such as appropriate CMS and video hosting services.
In addition, I was heavily involved with the creative element throughout the site, working closely with the agency’s design department to ensure that the brand was successfully encapsulated.
The final product was a vast improvement on previous iterations and has seen traffic increase dramatically, which I continued to monitor to ensure that the user journey continued to keep working at it’s optimum.
